Pengu's Pen Pal Service is inspired by the personal letters I exchange with my long-distance best friend; somehow, the monthly letters feel more meaningful than the texts we send each other every day.

Pengu's Pen Pal letters ship on the 15th of each month.

In this envelope, you will recieve...

In this envelope, you will receive:

  • 2 x 6” Bookmark — On durable soft touch cardstock, with a double-sided design.
  • 4.72” Square Postcard — An original mini art print on matte cardstock that is ready to display or send on to your own pen pal. Collect multiple of my square postcards and create your own quilt-inspired print display!
  • Letter Zine — A zine-style article with personal anecdotes, hand-signed by me. It has a QR to a Substack article with the same content, which discusses allowing your dreams and aspirations to grow and change with you during pivots in your life.

Guide To our

SNAIL MAIL CLUB

Shipping & Sign Up Deadlines

Sign Up:

  • Sign up between June 15 - July 14 for July's envelope.

The deadline for July's monthly mail signup is July 14 at 11:59pm Eastern.

Shipping:

  • All mail club letters are shipped with a stamp via USPS letter mail, which means there is no tracking.

Pengu's Pen Pal Service is available for US Domestic and International members.

Once you receive the email notification that your snail mail envelope has been stamped and dropped off at the post office, delivery can take an estimated 1-3 weeks for US members and upwards of a month for International members to receive.

Monthly Subscription Billing

Each month, you will be billed on the same day that you signed up.

Billing Example:

If you sign up for the snail mail club subscription on May 20th, you will be billed at the time of sign up and then on the 20th of each following month until you cancel your subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

You can access your subscription settings accessing your PenguChan account settings.
